I am most pleased that Mr. Ma Di has decided to publish Thirty Paintings of
Ancient Chinese Fables as a bilingual title so that my works can reach out to
readers all over the world.
For the book cover I suggested using the design from a seal that I have
carved. The seal reads: The one moon that shines in times both ancient and
modern / The one heart that braves storms over centuries and millennia,
based on a couplet composed by Liu Zheng, a great friend of mine.
